Toi (Wearable Arts) competition
30 students participated in the Toi (Wearable Arts) competition at the Aotea Centre.
This year was the first year that they have had their own stand alone show.
Howick Intermediate entered 13 garments. The students work tirelessly, putting in many hours and used a wide variety of materials to achieve outstanding results.
During the event, three received awards for garment construction and storytelling.
It is a moment of pride for our school to see our students excel in these areas. so proud of how they represented our school.
