Howick RSA Grant

We are incredibly fortunate to have received a generous grant from the Howick R.S.A. Community Trust specifically dedicated to enhancing writing capabilities for intermediate learners in the Howick area.

During our inaugural session, representatives from all four schools gathered to share their unique literacy contexts and align our collective goals.

The day was spent unpacking high-impact structured literacy resources and discussing the key elements of the new English curriculum.

This collaboration ensures our Year 7 and 8 students have the tools they need to become confident, capable writers.
